2006 New York Code - Bonds For Installing, Altering, Testing Or Repairing Motor Fuel Storage And Dispensing Equipment As Defined In Subdivision Twenty-nine-b Of Section 27

 
    §  27-4025  Bonds for installing, altering, testing or repairing motor
  fuel  storage  and  dispensing  equipment  as  defined  in   subdivision
  twenty-nine-b  of  section 27-4002. Every applicant for a certificate of
  license shall give a bond to the city of New York  conditioned  for  the
  payment  of  any  loss or damage suffered by any person by reason of the
  failure to install, alter, test, or repair such equipment in  accordance
  with  the  requirements of the building code, this chapter and the rules
  of the commissioner.
