2006 New York Code - Permits.



 
    §   27-4011   Permits.   The   sale,   storage,  use,  manufacture  or
  transportation of  any  combustible,  flammable  or  explosive  article,
  thing,   substance   or   compound  to  which  subchapters  one  through
  twenty-seven of this chapter applies, without a permit in  writing  from
  the  commissioner,  except where none is provided for in subchapters one
  through twenty-seven  of  this  chapter,  is  hereby  prohibited.  Where
  separate  regulations  require  permits  for  two or more departments or
  branches of the same business conducted in the same  establishment,  all
  such departments or branches may be included in a single permit, the fee
  to be fixed by the commissioner.
