2006 New York Code - Construction.



 
    §   27-4003   Construction.   Whenever   in  subchapters  one  through
  twenty-seven of this  chapter  a  specified  subchapter  treats  of  any
  substance,  trade  or  industry, such regulations shall control and have
  precedence over any conflicting reference  or  regulation  covering  the
  same substance, business, trade or industry made in any other portion of
  subchapters one through twenty-seven of this chapter.
