2006 New York Code - Jurisdiction Of The Fire Department.



 
    §  27-228.16  Jurisdiction  of  the fire department. The provisions of
  this article shall not be  construed  to  affect,  alter  or  amend  the
  jurisdiction  of  the fire department over the inspection and testing of
  plumbing and fire suppression piping systems.
