2006 New York Code - Record Of Certificates.
§ 27-224 Record of certificates. A record of all certificates of occupancy shall be kept by the department; and copies thereof shall be furnished by the department upon request, and on the payment of the fee prescribed in section 26-214 of the administrative code. The certificate of occupancy or a copy thereof shall be available for inspection at the building at all reasonable times.
