2006 New York Code - Establishment Of Lien.



 
    § 27-2145 Establishment of lien. Upon the completion of any repair, or
  other  work  giving  rise to a lien, the department shall file among its
  records a certificate setting forth  the  work  done  and  the  expenses
  incurred  and certifying that such expenses were necessary and proper in
  the exercise of its lawful powers.
