2006 New York Code - Provision For Expense Of Executing Precept.



 
    §   26-241   Provision   for   expense   of   executing  precept.  The
  superintendent may make requisition upon the comptroller for such amount
  of money as shall be necessary to meet the expenses of  any  preliminary
  proceedings  or  the  execution  of  any  order or precept issued by any
  court. Upon the approval of the statement of  expenses  thereof  by  any
  justice  of  the  court from which such order or precept was issued, the
  finance department shall pay such expenses.
