2006 New York Code - Inspection Reports.



 
    §  26-221  Inspection  reports.  All  inspection  reports  shall be in
  writing, and signed by the inspector, or the responsible individual,  or
  the  officer  of the service, making the inspection; and a record of all
  inspections shall be kept by the department.
