2006 New York Code - Inspection Of Construction Machinery And Equipment, Etc.



 
    §  26-219 Inspection of construction machinery and equipment, etc. The
  commissioner shall  cause  inspections  to  be  made  of  machinery  and
  equipment  used for construction and excavation work, and for cableways,
  hoisting and rigging purposes.
