2006 New York Code - Rehabilitation Of Pier Properties.
§ 22-147 Rehabilitation of pier properties. The city of New York shall proceed with the rehabilitation of such pier properties as and when in its opinion it is practicable so to do. No failure on its part to rehabilitate any pier property or properties and no delay in the rehabilitation thereof, because of the non-availability of materials or any other reason for which the city is not responsible or over which it has no control, shall constitute a violation of condition (a) of section 22-143 of this subchapter.
