2006 New York Code - Definitions.



 
    §  21-401  Definitions.  Whenever  used  in this chapter the following
  words shall have the following meanings:
    a. "Commissioner" shall mean the commissioner  of  the  department  of
  youth and community development.
    b.  "Department"  shall  mean  the  department  of youth and community
  development.
