2006 New York Code - Violations.
§ 20-758 Violations. Any provider or agent or employee thereof who shall violate any of the provisions of this subchapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500), and shall be liable for a civil penalty of one hundred dollars ($100) for each violation.
