2006 New York Code - Violations.



 
    §  20-671  Violations.  A  violation  of any of the provisions of this
  subchapter shall be punishable by a fine of not  less  than  twenty-five
  dollars  nor more than two hundred fifty dollars for each offense, or by
  imprisonment not in excess of ten days, or both.
