2006 New York Code - Rules And Regulations.



 
    §  20-368  Rules  and  regulations.  The commissioner is authorized to
  adopt such reasonable rules and  regulations  as  he  or  she  may  deem
  necessary  for  the proper control, operation, and supervision of public
  dance halls, cabarets and catering establishments.
