2006 New York Code - Exemptions.
§ 20-362 Exemptions. This subchapter shall not apply to: a. Premises owned, occupied and used exclusively by a membership corporation, club, society or association, provided such membership corporation, club, society or association was in actual existence prior to January first, nineteen hundred twenty-six. b. Premises owned, occupied and used exclusively by a religious, charitable, eleemosynary or educational corporation or institution. c. Premises licensed pursuant to subchapters one and three of this chapter.
