2006 New York Code - Private Streets; Names, Restrictions Of.
§ 19-172 Private streets; names, restrictions of. a. It shall be unlawful for any private street or thoroughfare to bear a name similar to a street or thoroughfare officially named. b. Any person convicted of a violation of the provisions of this section shall be punished by a fine of not more than ten dollars, imprisonment for not more than ten days, or both.
