2006 New York Code - Board Or Plank Walks.



 
    §  19-129 Board or plank walks. It shall be unlawful for any person to
  construct or lay down in any street,  a  board  or  plank  walk,  except
  sidewalk  bridges  as  defined in section 27-1021 of the code, without a
  permit from the commissioner.
