2006 New York Code - Amendment Of Chapter.



 
    §  13-564  Amendment  of  chapter.  Notwithstanding  the provisions of
  section 1-110 of this code, or the provisions of any other  law  to  the
  contrary,  the  provisions  of  this  chapter  shall  not be superseded,
  supplemented, modified or amended by local law.
