2006 New York Code - Custodian Of Funds.



 
    § 13-536 Custodian of funds. The comptroller shall be the custodian of
  the  several  funds  provided  for  by this chapter. The comptroller may
  designate one of the deputy comptrollers to act in his place  and  stead
  at  all  meetings of the retirement board, and such designation shall be
  in writing and shall be duly filed in and remain of record in the office
  of the comptroller and in the office of the executive  director  of  the
  retirement  system.  Such deputy comptroller shall possess any and every
  power and perform any and every duty  at  the  meetings  of  such  board
  belonging to the office of comptroller.
