2006 New York Code - Contributions Of Members And Their Use; Annuity Reserve Fund.



 
    § 13-522 Contributions of members and their use; annuity reserve fund.
  Upon  the retirement of a contributor, his or her accumulated deductions
  shall be transferred from the annuity savings fund to a fund to be known
  as the annuity reserve fund. His or her annuity shall  be  paid  out  of
  such  annuity  reserve  fund.  Should  such a beneficiary be restored to
  active service his or her annuity reserve shall thereupon be transferred
  from the annuity reserve fund to the annuity savings fund.
