2006 New York Code - Retirement Board; Rules And Regulations.



 
    §  13-513  Retirement  board;  rules  and  regulations. Subject to the
  limitations of this chapter and of law, such board, from time  to  time,
  shall  establish  rules  and  regulations  for the administration of the
  funds provided for by this chapter,  and  for  the  transaction  of  its
  business.
