2006 New York Code - Retirement Board; No Compensation For Members Of Board.



 
    §  13-510  Retirement board; no compensation for members of board. The
  members of such board shall serve  without  compensation  but  shall  be
  reimbursed  from  the expense fund for any necessary expenditures and no
  contributor shall suffer loss of salary or wages through serving on such
  board.
