2006 New York Code - Retirement Board; Organization; Employees.



 
    §  13-509  Retirement  board;  organization; employees. The retirement
  board shall elect from its membership a chairman, and shall  appoint  an
  executive  director  of the retirement system and an actuary. Such board
  may also appoint such medical examiners,  assistant  medical  examiners,
  medical, clerical and other employees as it may deem necessary.
