2006 New York Code - Retirement Board; Oath Of Office.



 
    §  13-508  Retirement  board;  oath  of  office.  Each  member  of the
  retirement board shall take an oath of office that he or  she  will,  so
  far  as  it devolves upon him or her, diligently and honestly administer
  the affairs of such board,  and  that  he  or  she  will  not  knowingly
  violate, or wilfully permit to be violated, any of the provisions of law
  applicable  to  this  title. Such oath shall be subscribed by the member
  making it, and certified by the officer before whom  it  is  taken,  and
  shall be filed forthwith in the office of the clerk of the county of New
  York.
