2006 New York Code - Failure To File Bond.



 
    * § 11-4011 Failure to file bond. Any person willfully failing to file
  a  bond  where  such  filing  is  required  pursuant to section 11-1203,
  11-1304 or 11-2505 of this title shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
