2006 New York Code - Construction And Enforcement.



 
    §   11-2220  Construction  and  enforcement.  This  chapter  shall  be
  construed and enforced in conformity with subdivisions (g)  and  (h)  of
  section  twelve  hundred  one  of  the  tax law, pursuant to which it is
  enacted.
