2006 New York Code - Dumping Or Depositing Of Certain Materials In The Genesee River.



 
    § 32-d. Dumping  or  depositing  of  certain  materials in the Genesee
  river. Except as specifically authority by law, no person shall dump  or
  deposit,  or  allow  to  be  dumped  or deposited, logs, lumber, timber,
  fabricated wood products or wood debris in the Genesee river  which  may
  interfere  with the free and safe navigation thereof. A violation of the
  provisions hereof shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not  to
  exceed  one  hundred dollars, or by imprisonment of not more than thirty
  days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
