2006 New York Code - Lights Upon Swing Bridges.



 
    § 32-b. Lights   upon   swing  bridges.  A  corporation,  company,  or
  individual, owning, maintaining or operating a swing bridge  across  the
  Hudson  river,  who  during  the  navigation  season between sundown and
  sunrise, neglects to keep and maintain upon every such bridge the lights
  required by law, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
