2006 New York Code - Issue Of Military Property.



 
    § 18. Issue  of  military property.   The adjutant general shall issue
  such military property as  the  governor  shall  direct.    No  military
  property  shall  be  issued to persons or organizations other than those
  belonging to the organized militia.  Obsolete ordnance property  of  the
  state, however, may be issued by the adjutant general, with the approval
  of  the  governor,  to  municipalities and to educational, patriotic and
  charitable organizations under such conditions as may be  prescribed  by
  regulations issued pursuant to this chapter.
