2006 New York Code - Apprehension Of Deserters.



 
    § 130.8. Apprehension  of deserters.  It shall be lawful for any civil
  officer having authority to apprehend offenders under the  laws  of  the
  United  States or of any state, district, territory or possession of the
  United States summarily to  apprehend  a  deserter  from  the  organized
  militia and deliver him into the custody of the organized militia.
