2006 New York Code - Jurisdiction Of Courts-martial Not Exclusive



 
    § 130.21. Jurisdiction   of   courts-martial   not  exclusive.     The
  provisions of this  code  conferring  jurisdiction  upon  courts-martial
  shall  not  be  construed  as depriving provost courts or other military
  tribunals of concurrent jurisdiction in respect to offenders or offenses
  that by statute or by the law of war may be tried by such provost courts
  or other military tribunals.
