2006 New York Code - Provoking Speeches Or Gestures.



 
    § 130.111. Provoking speeches or gestures.  Any person subject to this
  code  who,  while  on  active  state duty or in a duty status other than
  active state duty, uses  provoking  or  reproachful  words  or  gestures
  towards  any  other  person  subject to this code shall be punished as a
  court-martial may direct.
