2006 New York Code - Drunk On Duty--- Misbehavior.



 
    § 130.107. Drunk  on  duty--misbehavior.    Any person subject to this
  code who is found drunk on duty or drunk or sleeping upon his  post,  or
  who  leaves  his post before he is regularly relieved, shall be punished
  as a court-martial may direct.
