2006 New York Code - Assistant Adjutant General For Air.



 
    § 13-a. Assistant  adjutant general for air.  The governor may appoint
  an assistant adjutant general for air who shall serve at the pleasure of
  the governor and may have the grade of brigadier general during his term
  of office.  He shall be employed under section nineteen of this  chapter
  with  additional duties as a staff officer on the staff of the commander
  of the New York air national guard.
