  § 29.25 Sale or delivery of alcoholic beverages to patients prohibited.
    Any  person  who  knowingly  sells, delivers, or gives away or causes,
  permits, or procures to be sold, delivered, or given away any  alcoholic
  beverage to a patient on the grounds of a department facility, except as
  part  of  the  patient's prescribed medical regimen or as part of a duly
  authorized religious ceremony or observance, shall be guilty of a  class
  B misdemeanor.
