2006 New York Code - Saving Clause



 
    §  643.  Saving clause.   The legislature reserves the right to amend,
  alter, or repeal any provision of this article; and no person  shall  be
  or  be deemed to be vested with any property or other right by virtue of
  the enactment or operation of this article.
