2006 New York Code - Construction Of Magazines.



 
    §  454.  Construction of magazines. Unless otherwise prescribed by the
  board in its rules, magazines in which explosives shall be lawfully kept
  or stored shall be constructed of brick, concrete, iron or wood  covered
  with  iron,  and  shall  have  no  openings  except  for ventilation and
  entrance. All magazines, except those in mines  and  tunnels,  shall  be
  located  above  ground. All magazines shall be kept clean and dry at all
  times.
