2006 New York Code - Washrooms.



 
    §  293.  Washrooms.  1.  There  shall  be  provided and maintained for
  employees in every factory suitable and  convenient  washrooms  separate
  for  each  sex,  adequately  equipped  with  washing  facilities.  Every
  washroom shall be adequately ventilated and heated and shall be  lighted
  by artificial means where necessary.
    2.  In  factories where lead, arsenic or other poisonous substances or
  injurious or noxious fumes, dust or gases are present as an incident  or
  result  of  the  business  or occupation, hot water, soap and individual
  towels shall be furnished.
