2006 New York Code - Cleanliness And Safety Of Rooms.



 
    §  291.  Cleanliness  and safety of rooms. Every room in a factory and
  every part thereof and all fixtures therein shall at all times  be  kept
  in  a  safe and sanitary condition and in proper repair. No person shall
  expectorate upon the walls, floors or stairs of  a  factory  or  of  the
  building  in which it is located. Suitable receptacles shall be provided
  and used for the storage of waste and refuse. The walls and  ceiling  of
  the  rooms  and  hallways  in  every  factory  shall  be kept in a clean
  condition.
