2006 New York Code - Random Selection.



 
    §  507.  Random selection. The commissioner of jurors shall select the
  names of prospective jurors, or cause them to  be  selected,  at  random
  from the sources provided in section five hundred six. The selection may
  be  accomplished  by mechanical means or by any other method designed to
  implement the purposes of this article.
