2006 New York Code - Law Reporting Bureau; State Reporter.



 
    §  430.  Law reporting bureau; state reporter. There is hereby created
  and established the law reporting bureau of the state of New  York.  The
  bureau shall be under the direction and control of a state reporter, who
  shall  be appointed and be removable by the court of appeals by an order
  entered in its minutes. The state reporter shall be assisted by a  first
  deputy  state  reporter  and  such other deputy state reporters and such
  staff as may be necessary,  all  of  whom  shall  be  appointed  and  be
  removable by the court of appeals.
