2006 New York Code - Number Of Attendants Upon Courts In Certain Counties.



 
    §  344.  Number  of attendants upon courts in certain counties. In any
  county where the compensation of the attendants provided for in  section
  four  hundred  and three of this chapter, is now fixed by statute at the
  sum of three dollars per day and mileage, the number of attendants to be
  appointed for any one term of court, pursuant to said section, shall not
  exceed eighteen.
