2006 New York Code - Duty Of Attendants At Term Of Appellate Division.



 
    § 341. Duty of attendants at term of appellate division. A term of the
  appellate  division  of  the  supreme court must be attended by not more
  than three attendants appointed by such court, one of whom shall act  as
  crier;  all  of whom must act under the direction of the court or of the
  presiding justice. The fees of such attendants for attending a  term  of
  the appellate division must be paid out of the treasury of the state.
