2006 New York Code - Revocation Of Appointment.



 
    §  324.  Revocation  of  appointment.  Any  appointment made under the
  provisions of this article may be  revoked  by  the  district  attorney,
  which  revocation  must  be in writing and be filed in the office of the
  clerk of the county in which such appointment was filed.
