2006 New York Code - Fees Of Stenographer On Appeals; Niagara County Court



 
    § 320. Fees of stenographer on appeals; Niagara county court.  Upon an
  appeal  by  the defendant from a judgment of the county court of Niagara
  county on a conviction after indictment, the stenographer of  the  court
  shall  be  entitled to the fees prescribed by the civil practice law and
  rules for transcribing the minutes of the  trial,  to  be  paid  by  the
  appellant.
