2006 New York Code - Fees And Expenses Of Supreme Court Stenographer For Services Performed At Request Of Official Referees.



 
    §  314.  Fees  and expenses of supreme court stenographer for services
  performed at request of official referees. The fees of a  supreme  court
  stenographer or a stenographer of the county or surrogate's court of the
  county in which the action, matter or proceeding is tried and determined
  for  taking  testimony  or  furnishing  one copy thereof, as provided by
  section one hundred and sixteen of this chapter,  when  required  by  an
  official referee, shall be at the rate allowed in the supreme court. The
  stenographer  is  also  entitled  to payment of his actual and necessary
  expenses. The amount thereof must be paid upon the  certificate  of  the
  official  referee  by the treasurer of the county in which the action or
  proceeding is pending, from the court  fund,  or  the  fund  from  which
  jurors are paid.
