2006 New York Code - Compensation Of Judges And Justices To Be A State Charge.



 
    §  220.  Compensation of judges and justices to be a state charge. The
  salaries and expenses of  judges  and  justices  of  the  unified  court
  system, except justices of town and village courts, shall be paid by the
  state  subject to the provisions of section thirty-nine of this chapter.
  Salaries shall be paid in twenty-six bi-weekly installments.
