2006 New York Code - Ex Officio Judge Must Not Be Interested In Costs Or Compensation Of Attorneys Or Counsellors In His Court.



 
    § 20. Ex officio judge must not be interested in costs or compensation
  of attorneys or counsellors in his court. An ex officio judge shall not,
  directly  or indirectly, be interested in the costs, or the compensation
  of an attorney or counsellor, in the court of which he is ex  officio  a
  judge.
