2006 New York Code - Power Of County Judge Of Erie County To Appoint Court Attendant.



 
    §  202.  Power  of  county  judge  of  Erie  county  to  appoint court
  attendant.  The county judge of Erie county may appoint, and at pleasure
  remove, one court officer to attend his court in  said  county,  and  to
  perform  such  duties  in  respect  thereto as the said county judge may
  prescribe.
