2006 New York Code - Appointment Of Special Deputy Clerks For The Supreme Court In Queens County.



 
    §  156.  Appointment of special deputy clerks for the supreme court in
  Queens county.  The justices of the supreme court residing in the county
  of Queens, or a majority of them, shall appoint and at pleasure remove a
  special deputy to the county clerk of the county of Queens for each part
  or term of the supreme court, and may appoint as many assistants to such
  clerk as may be necessary for the transaction of the  business  of  such
  court.
